Tell us about anything sensitive, like ears or paws, and any skin conditions.
Pamper
Warm bath, gentle dry, brush out, cut and a nail trim. Treats along the way.
Pick up
We text you a photo when they're done, usually with a bandana on.

Matted coats can take longer. If so, we'll always ask before we carry on.

Puppy grooms are for under six months and are short and gentle, so they learn to love it.

My dog is nervous. Is that OK?
Completely. We only ever have one dog in at a time, so it's quiet. We can also do a short "meet and treat" visit first for £10.
How often should I book?
Every six to eight weeks for most coats. Doodles and poodles are happiest every four to six.
Do you handle matted coats?
Yes, gently. If it would hurt to brush out, we'll call you and suggest a shorter clip instead.
What if I need to cancel?
Free with 24 hours' notice. After that it's half the price, unless your dog is poorly.
